RENTALS

Rental of our house is currently being managed by Koh Phangan Holiday Homes. A representative from KPHH will pick you up at the pier, escort you to the house, and help you get oriented. KPHH will arrange to have cleaners come twice a week to clean the house, and change the sheets and towels – if you require more than two cleanings per week this can be arranged for an additional 500THB per visit. KPHH can also assist you with booking a car for use during your stay on the island.

If you are interested in renting the house please contact us to discuss rates and availability. Once we confirm your interest we’ll forward your message to KPHH to arrange the booking. The house is available for rent by couples or small families (maximum 2 adults*) for a minimum periods of 5 days.

Rental rates (listed in Thai Baht) are based on Koh Phangan rental seasons:

Low Season – 4,500THB per night

(01May –30Jun; 01Oct – 30Nov)

High Season – 5,500THB per night

(16Jan – 30Apr; 01Jul – 30Sep; 01-19 Dec)

Peak Season – 7,000THB per night

(20Dec – 15Jan)

*NOTE: This is a family owned vacation home that caters to couples and small families. The house is not intended for use by party groups. The house sleeps a maximum of 2 adults, although additional sleeping arrangements are available for one or two children at no additional charge.
